Luxury Picnic Party - Blues Point

Our Picnic Party is built for groups. We set up low tables, rugs and cushions in your choice of colour theme at Blues Point Reserve, McMahons Point, with the Harbour Bridge and city skyline as your backdrop, then pack everything away when you're done.

What's included

• Two hours, which you can extend in 30-minute blocks

• Delivery, styling, setup and pack-down

• Low picnic tables, rugs and cushions in blue, pink or sage green

• Table styling with flower vases, plus a personalised message board

• Plates, cutlery, napkins and glassware for every guest

• A soft drink or juice for every guest, plus still and sparkling water

• Ice and ice buckets

• Bluetooth speaker

• Fairy lights and blankets for evening events

• 10 meals donated to OzHarvest for every event

Food and drinks

Food isn't included, so you can match it to your group and budget. Graze boxes are the easiest option, at one box for every two to three guests. For bigger appetites, add platters of sliders, mini croissants, quiches, sandwiches, salads and sweets. See everything on our catering menu. Bring your own drinks at no charge, or add champagne and wine by the bottle and beer and cider by the six-pack. Please confirm food, drinks and dietary needs at least 7 days before your event.

Extras for groups

Lawn games, an acoustic duo, shade umbrellas, gazebos and extra chairs.

Good to know

• Pay a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 7 days before. We provide a tax invoice for work events.

• Confirm final guest numbers 72 hours before.

• Your first date change is free with 72 hours' notice. Cancel 7 days or more before for a full refund; 7 days to 48 hours, 50%; within 48 hours, no refund.

• If the forecast looks wet, we'll contact you 24–48 hours before with options, including gazebos ($40 each) or a free move to another location or date.
